গোপনীয়তা

দাবিত্যাগ

১. সংজ্ঞাসমূহ
ক. প্ল্যাটফর্ম/টুল: Darbik tool এবং এর আওতাভুক্ত সকল ওয়েবসাইট ও সার্ভিস।
খ. ব্যবহারকারী/গ্রাহক: যেকোনো ব্যক্তি যিনি প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রবেশ করেন বা এর সার্ভিস গ্রহণ করেন।
গ. সার্ভিস বা সেবা: Darbik tool-এ অফারকৃত ডিজিটাল পণ্য, এসইও প্যাকেজ, কন্টেন্ট, গ্রাফিক্স বা সাবস্ক্রিপশন সেবা।

২. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার সময় গ্রাহক বা ব্যবহারকারীকে অবশ্যই কিছু নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে। কোনো গ্রাহক বা ব্যবহারকারী যদি নিচের কোনো কার্যকলাপের সাথে যুক্ত হন, তবে আমরা তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে তার সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি:

ক. আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনাকে আপনার দেশ বা রাজ্যের আইন অনুযায়ী প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক হতে হবে।
খ. আপনি আমাদের কোনো সার্ভিস বেআইনি বা অননুমোদিত উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
গ. যেকোনো সময় কোনো কারণ দর্শানো ছাড়াই কাউকে সার্ভিস প্রদানে অস্বীকৃতি জানানোর অধিকার Darbik tool সংরক্ষণ করে।
ঘ. আমাদের কোনো প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিসের অননুমোদিত পুনঃবিক্রয় (Resale) বা পুনর্বিতরণ করা।
ঙ. সাইটের সাথে ইন্টারঅ্যাক্ট করার জন্য কোনো স্বয়ংক্রিয় স্ক্রিপ্ট (Automated scripts) বা বট ব্যবহার করা।
চ. ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ভুল বা বিভ্রান্তিকর অ্যাকাউন্ট বা বিলিং তথ্য প্রদান করা।
ছ. আমাদের কোনো বিক্রয় প্রতিনিধির সাথে গালাগালি, আপত্তিকর ভাষা ব্যবহার বা অসদাচরণ করা। এমন ক্ষেত্রে ডিজিটাল সিকিউরিটি অ্যাক্ট অনুযায়ী আইনি ব্যবস্থাও গ্রহণ করা হতে পারে এবং গ্রাহক কোনো প্রকার সার্ভিস বা রিফান্ড পাবেন না।

৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং নিরাপত্তা:
ক. আমাদের টুল ব্যবহার বা কেনাকাটার জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরির সময় আপনাকে অবশ্যই সঠিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
খ. আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড এবং অন্যান্য নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণ আপনার। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে সংঘটিত সকল কার্যকলাপের জন্য আপনি দায়ী থাকবেন।

৪. সেবার মূল্য এবং পেমেন্ট
ক. আমাদের সেবার মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
খ. সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা প্যাকেজ ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে, আপনাকে আমাদের অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
গ. রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের “রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন নীতি” প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৫. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)
ক. Darbik tool-এর সকল কনটেন্ট, ডিজাইন, লোগো, টেক্সট এবং গ্রাফিক্স আমাদের নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি।
খ. আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো কপি, পুনরুৎপাদন বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

৬. তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক
